Clients
Because of the nature of Safecoms' work, we are generally not able to refer to our clients by name on publicly available documents or on our web site (one exception to this is CPA Australia who have kindly permitted publication of a Case Study about the work that Safecoms did with them). However, we are able to publish the following information about the Safecoms client base:
- The client base includes more than 60 organisations in five different states / territories
- More than 75% of Safecoms’ clients have come back inviting Safecoms to do more work for them
- The client base includes two of Australia’s biggest and best known banks, as well as leading regional banks
- The Australian based operations of some of the world's largest insurance companies, online share trading businesses and foreign exchange dealers use Safecoms as their trusted security services provider
- 10 of Australia's most progressive councils are Safecoms clients
- Major industrial, manufacturing and mining conglomerates use Safecoms as their specialist security partner
- Safecoms' client base includes several leading Australian IT companies and ISP's
- Federal and State government departments use Safecoms' specialist capabilities
- The professional services sector - law firms, accountancy practices, civil engineers and stockbrokers - comprises a significant section of Safecoms' client base
"We certainly view Safecoms as a strategic partner to the organisation. They have shown the kind of flexibility and commitment you look for in an ongoing business relationship, and they certainly know their stuff. Above all, they're practical: they've got a lot of real experience under their belts, and whatever I get them involved with, you can pretty much guarantee they will have been there before - usually many times over"
